PRP Injections
Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP) is an injectable treatment. When injected into the scalp, it can promote hair growth. When injected into the face, it can treat skin hollowing, discoloration, and inflammation. Facial injection areas include the tear troughs to address undereye bags or circles and facial hollows in the temples, cheeks, and mouth corners. PRP can also treat scars, injuries, and stretch marks.

How does it work?
PRP involves taking a tube of the patient’s blood and processing it to produce plasma with a high concentration of platelets and healing growth factors. The platelets and healing growth factors are injected into desired treatment areas to stimulate collagen production in the face or hair growth in the scalp.
When will I see results?
The clinical effect first appears within 2-3 weeks after treatment, but it may take as long as 3 months to attain the full effect from the injections.
Is there a recovery period?
After PRP injections, temporary swelling, bruising, redness, or soreness in the treatment areas can be experienced.
